PBI Bank has been notified of a phishing scam regarding the National Automated Clearing House
Association (NACHA). In this scam, individuals are receiving emails with a subject
line of "Unauthorized ACH Transaction" which appears to be from NACHA. The email includes
a link that redirects the individual to a fake web page and contains a link
which is almost certainly an executable virus with malware. These emails are NOT
from NACHA. Do not click on the link. Both the email and the related website are
fraudulent.

Transaction Account Guarantee Program |
| PBI Bank is participating in the FDIC’s
Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through December 31, 2010, all noninterest-bearing
transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the
Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC’s
general deposit insurance rules. |
