|
J. Chester
Porter is Chairman of the Board and general counsel of Porter Bancorp, Inc., PBI Bank's
holding company. He is also affiliated with and a major owner of two additional Kentucky banks.
Over the last 20 years, he has specialized in corporate and bank acquisitions, business and
bank management and real estate development.
He presently serves on the University of Louisville Board of Trustees, is a former
chairman of the Board, and serves on Campbellsville University's Board of Trustees.
He also serves as an Officer, Director and General Counsel for numerous corporations.
The owner of Porter & Associates law firm, Mr. Porter has practiced law for more than
30 years. He earned the Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Louisville
and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Campbellsville University, which named
him Outstanding Alumnus in 1985.

Maria
L Bouvette, President and Chief Executive Officer
|
Maria
L. Bouvette, CPA, brings two decades of banking, finance and management
experience to PBI Bank. Since 1983, she has been President and Chief Executive
Officer of Porter Bancorp, Inc., a Kentucky bank holding company, specializing
in bank and corporate acquisitions, management and real estate development. She
also serves as CFO and Director for two affiliated Kentucky banks. Ms. Bouvette
serves as an Officer and Director for many corporations and businesses involved
in real estate development.
She previously was a manager at Deloitte, Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte & Touche).
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Louisville. Her
memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the
Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky State Board
of Accountancy.

B Pierce, Chief Strategy Officer

David
B. Pierce, CPA, brings PBI Bank 20 years of financial and management
experience. As Porter Bancorp's Senior Vice President of Finance, Mr. Pierce is
responsible for financial management and reporting for the holding company.
He is also responsible for policy oversight and compliance; overall management
of the banks' investment portfolios; and serves on various executive, asset/liability
and investment committees. He is also involved in strategic planning, new product
development, acquisition oversight, and various special assignments.
He previously was a manager at Coopers & Lybrand, (now Price Waterhouse Coopers)
and senior accountant at Deloitte, Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte & Touche).
Mr. Pierce earned a Bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Louisville.

Catlett, President Northern Region
|
Fred Catlett
has 26 years experience in all areas of commercial banking, especially commercial,
mortgage and consumer lending. Mr. Catlett's additional banking experience includes
over 15 years working in consumer compliance and loan operations. Mr. Catlett joined
PBI Bank in 1996 as Vice President for Lending and daily operations after 19 years
with a large regional bank.
Mr. Catlett holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Kentucky.

| Avery
K Matney Jr, President Southern Region
|
| Avery has been with PBI Bank since
1996. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, the Kentucky School of Banking and Leadership Hart
County. Avery is a Director of the Green River Marketing Co-op, active in Little League, Farm Bureau,
Cattlemen's Association and other organizations. Avery is Treasurer and a member of the Center Church of Christ.

L Grubbs, Senior Vice President Commercial Lending
|
James L. Grubbs joined
PBI Bank in 2004 and serves as the Senior Vice President Commercial Lending.
From 1980 to 2004, Mr.
Grubbs worked with National City Bank as a Division Manager for several specialized lending
areas. Mr. Grubbs brings over 25 years of experience and expertise in banking and in commercial
lending to PBI Bank.
Mr. Grubbs earned his Bachelor degree in Business from Butler University
and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Kentucky. Mr. Grubbs also
serves on the Board of Directors for Leadership Kentucky.

W Barnhouse, Chief Financial Officer

Phil
W. Barnhouse, CPA, joined PBI Bank in 1998 and serves as the Chief
Financial Officer.
From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Barnhouse worked with Arthur Andersen LLP, most recently as
Audit Manager. He has a wide range of experience in corporate finance, including
equity and debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, and general advisory services.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the
Kentucky Society of CPAs. Mr. Barnhouse earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
at Western Kentucky University and a diploma from The Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University.

J Satterly, Chief Technology Officer
|
Eric
J. Satterly, PE, joined PBI Bank in May 1999. As the bank's Chief Technology
Officer, Mr. Satterly is responsible for PBI Bank's technical vision and
management. Mr. Satterly also serves as the head of technology for PBI Bank’s
holding company, Porter Bancorp, Inc.
Prior to joining PBI Bank, Mr. Satterly served as Senior Design Engineer responsible
for the design and development of hardware and software control and automation
systems for Electronic Systems USA, Inc.
Mr. Satterly holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science degree and a Master
of Engineering in Electrical Engineering degree, both from the Speed Scientific
School of the University of Louisville. Mr. Satterly is a licensed Professional
Engineer and a member of both the National Society of Professional Engineers and
the Kentucky Society of Professional Engineers.

| E Todd Young,
Chief Operations Officer
|
E. Todd Young brings PBI
Bank 20 years of financial, banking, and management experience. Mr. Young joined the staff of PBI
Bank in 1988 as the bank's internal auditor. Over the years, Mr. Young assumed various additional
responsibilities and eventually headed the Operations area of the bank.
In 1999, Mr. Young had the exciting opportunity to serve as Chief Executive Officer of
Pioneer Data Center. During Mr. Young's tenure with the organization, he was charged with
the task of restructuring the Data Center to become an Operations Center for the Porter Bancorp
banks. During this time, many systems and processes were updated at the Data Center, including
the implementation of an image-based item processing system.
Mr. Young earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Western Kentucky University.

R Darst, Chief Business Development Officer
|
Charles R. Darst
joined PBI Bank in 1996; previously, he was Vice President and Banking Center Manager at
PNC Bank in Louisville. He has 20 years of experience in management, accounting, and commercial
lending.
Mr. Darst is the Chairman of the Bullitt County Tourist's Convention Commission, and a Director
for the Bullitt County Chamber of Commerce. He presently serves and has served on the YMCA Board
of Directors, the Bullitt County Red Cross Board, and the Finance Council at St. Aloysius in Shepherdsville.
He is a former Chairperson of the St. Aloysius School Board and has volunteered as a youth basketball, baseball
and volleyball coach.
Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a concentration
in accounting and finance from Berea College, Mr. Darst completed graduate
classes at University of Louisville and Bellarmine University. |
